Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — KFin Technologies Ltd. has elevated Madhulika Sanghvi to the position of Senior Vice President, recognizing her continued contributions to business growth and leadership across the company’s fund services and digital solutions business.
In her expanded role, Madhulika will continue to lead business development for Fund Solutions, Fund Administration, Digital Solutions, Platforms, and Data Solutions across both India and international markets, with a strategic focus on India, GIFT City, and the Middle East. She will be responsible for driving client acquisition, expanding strategic partnerships, and accelerating growth across KFin Technologies’ rapidly evolving asset management and financial services ecosystem.
Prior to this elevation, Madhulika served as Vice President at KFin Technologies, where she led domestic and international business development for fund services and asset management solutions. Earlier, she was Deputy Vice President, heading business development for fund services, alternative investments, portfolio management services (PMS), and international markets.
Before joining KFin Technologies, she served as Assistant Vice President – Institutional Sales at DSP Mutual Fund, where she was responsible for institutional business development and relationship management. Earlier, she worked as Manager – Institutional Sales at HDFC Asset Management Company, strengthening her expertise in institutional investment solutions and financial services.
Earlier in her career, Madhulika served as AVP – Mutual Fund Distribution at Mata Securities India Private Limited, building strong capabilities in distribution, business development, and client relationship management. She also gained international exposure as a Real Estate Specialist with Betterhomes LLC in Dubai. Her professional journey also includes two career breaks dedicated to full-time parenting, reflecting her ability to successfully return to leadership and continue building a distinguished career.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Madhulika has developed deep expertise across business development, institutional sales, fund administration, asset management, digital financial solutions, SaaS platforms, client partnerships, and revenue growth. She is also actively engaged with the broader leadership ecosystem as a CXO Incubator Member, Katalyst Mentor, writer, panelist, and podcast guest, advocating leadership, innovation, and business transformation.
