Ubisoft Co-Founder & CEO Yves Guillemot announced the appointment of Cécile Russeil as the new Executive Vice President in charge of Communications, Corporate Affairs, D&I, Human Resources, and Legal. Cécile Russeil, a seasoned leader with 30 years at Ubisoft, previously served as Chief Legal Officer and has now been tasked with unifying these critical corporate functions to enhance the company’s organizational agility and align global strategies more closely.
