Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 — Apollo Tyres Ltd has appointed Mayank Jauhari as Group Head HR, strengthening the tyre manufacturer’s global people and human resources leadership. In his new role, Jauhari will lead key enterprise-wide HR priorities, including global rewards architecture, mobility programmes, performance processes, HR technology, and HR transformation.
As Group Head HR, Jauhari will focus on developing people capabilities aligned with Apollo Tyres’ business growth and evolving organizational requirements. His mandate will involve working across business functions, including commercial operations and global supply chain, while helping strengthen HR systems and processes across the organization.
Jauhari joins Apollo Tyres following nearly a decade with A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he held senior responsibilities across human resources and rewards. His experience in the global organization provided exposure to complex people priorities and HR programmes across an international business environment.
His appointment brings experience in rewards, performance management, mobility, HR technology, transformation, and organizational capability building to Apollo Tyres’ people function. The role will position him at the intersection of HR strategy and business priorities as the company continues to operate and grow across international markets.
Jauhari holds a PGPHR in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, completed between 2004 and 2006.
