Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 – DLF Limited has appointed Deepti Kapoor as Head – HR, DLF Rental Business, reinforcing its people leadership as the company continues to strengthen its commercial and rental portfolio across India.
In her new role, Deepti will lead the HR strategy for DLF’s Rental Business, aligning talent priorities with enterprise growth ambitions while building a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. Her mandate includes strategic business partnering, leadership capability building, talent development, and driving transformation initiatives that enhance organizational agility and competitiveness.
Prior to joining DLF, Deepti served as Managing Director, Head – People & Culture (India, Southeast Asia & APAC Tenant Representation) at Cushman & Wakefield, where she steered regional People & Culture strategy across multiple markets. She partnered closely with executive leadership to embed a unified talent ecosystem, enhance employee experience, and strengthen leadership capability across the region.
Earlier, she was Head – Talent Management and Career Mobility at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, leading succession planning, internal mobility frameworks, and high-potential development initiatives including structured leadership programs. Before that, as an Independent HR Consultant through Turiya Consulting, she advised CEOs and organizations across manufacturing, supply chain, and beauty sectors on organization design, people strategy, and performance frameworks.
Her extensive career also includes leadership roles at Aircel, Unitech Limited, HT Media Ltd, and ING Vysya Bank, where she managed full-cycle HR operations, OD interventions, and senior leadership partnering.
A postgraduate in Human Resources (PGDBM) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, Deepti brings over two decades of experience spanning real estate, consulting, telecom, media, and financial services sectors.
Her appointment underscores DLF’s continued focus on building robust people practices to support its large-scale rental and commercial real estate operations.
