Kathmandu, Nepal, July 2026 — Golyan Group has announced the appointment of Anushree Tamrakar as Head of Human Resources, recognizing her leadership in building people-centric strategies and fostering a strong organizational culture. With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, business partnering, talent management, organizational development, and people strategy, Anushree Tamrakar has established herself as an accomplished HR leader across diverse industries. Her expertise spans strategic workforce planning, organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent management, and HR transformation, enabling businesses to strengthen their people capabilities while supporting long-term organizational growth.
Prior to assuming the role of Head of Human Resources, Anushree served as General Manager – Human Resources at Golyan Group, where she played a key role in strengthening the organization’s HR function and supporting its people agenda. Her elevation reflects the company’s confidence in her ability to lead its human resources strategy as it continues to expand its diversified business portfolio.
Before joining Golyan Group, she worked as HR Strategic Business Partner at Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal, partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives while driving workforce effectiveness and talent initiatives. She also worked as a Freelance Human Resource Consultant, advising organizations on human resource strategy and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Anushree spent more than 12 years with Huawei, where she progressed through senior HR leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and later Human Resource Consultant. During her tenure, she supported business leaders through organization design, workforce management, HR policies, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational restructuring, contributing significantly to the company’s people and transformation agenda in Nepal.
She began her professional journey with Laxmi Sunrise Bank as an Assistant Relationship Manager, where she developed experience in customer relationship management and retail banking before transitioning into human resources and building a successful leadership career in the people function.
Anushree holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kathmandu University School of Management, providing a strong academic foundation for her leadership in strategic human resources and organizational development.
In her new role as Head of Human Resources, Anushree will lead Golyan Group’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, developing leadership capability, nurturing talent, and building a high-performing workforce that supports the Group’s continued growth and long-term success.
