HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, INDIA, June 2026 — Makers Hive Innovations has announced the appointment of Sanju Sudhakar K as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, India & International Business, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies and expands the reach of its flagship assistive technology solutions across domestic and global markets.
In his new role, Sanju will lead sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and business growth initiatives across India and international markets. He will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s commercial operations, expanding customer access, and driving adoption of innovative healthcare and assistive technology solutions, including the widely recognized KalArm® Bionic Hand.
Sanju joins Makers Hive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, market access, strategic partnerships, business transformation, and commercial growth across some of the world’s leading healthcare organizations.
Most recently, he served at Roche Diagnostics India and Neighbouring Markets, where he was a member of the Commercial Leadership Team and held the position of National Sales Manager – Public Business. In this role, he led government business, reimbursed business, pricing, and market access strategies across multiple business units, including Core Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, Pathology, Point-of-Care Testing, and Diabetes Care.
Prior to this, he served as Head – Key Accounts and Market Access at Roche Diabetes Care, where he led institutional business, government and tender business, retail chains, pharma corporate partnerships, market access, pricing strategy, and new business development. During his tenure, he successfully built innovative commercial models, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives that delivered strong business growth and enhanced healthcare accessibility.
Earlier, Sanju spent nearly four years with Medtronic, where he held leadership roles in strategic initiatives, business development, integrated health solutions, and corporate partnerships. Working closely with the India Sub-Continent leadership team, he led strategic growth initiatives, developed innovative business models, and executed large-scale partnerships across healthcare providers, governments, and corporate organizations.
Before Medtronic, he held senior strategy and transformation leadership roles with SOCH Business Mentors LLP, Sahara India Strategic Management Group, Manipal Hospitals, KIMS Healthcare Management, Max Healthcare, and Bombay Hospital & Medical Research Centre, building extensive expertise in healthcare strategy, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, hospital operations, healthcare consulting, market development, and business transformation.
Throughout his career, Sanju has successfully worked across healthcare delivery, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare consulting, public health initiatives, market access, and commercial strategy. His experience spans India, the Middle East, and international healthcare markets, providing him with a unique perspective on healthcare innovation and growth.
