Ryan also held the role of Mergers & Acquisitions Leader, Talent & HR at West Monroe. In this capacity, he led the integration and strategic alignment of talent through various M&A processes, contributing to a smooth transition and strong organizational cohesion during pivotal business transformations.
Earlier in his career, Ryan gained global experience at WPP as Global People Experience Lead, where he developed and implemented people strategies across regions. His tenure at Walmart as Senior Director of Global People Experience further refined his ability to lead large-scale employee experience transformations, working on innovative solutions to foster a supportive and engaging workplace environment.
