Chicago, Illinois, United States – October 2024 – Shannon Haigh has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Vice President, People Partnering, Global Occupier Services, bringing her extensive experience in human resources and people strategy to this leading commercial real estate services firm. In her new role, Shannon will focus on aligning people strategies with business goals across global occupier services, supporting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Shannon joins Cushman & Wakefield following a distinguished career at McDonald’s, where she spent over nine years in various HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HRBP, Global Technology, leading HR strategy for the global technology division and fostering a dynamic work culture. Prior to this, she held roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Manager, where she played a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Before McDonald’s, Shannon was a Human Resources Generalist at Food for Thought in Chicago, where she developed her HR expertise in the catering and hospitality industry. Her earlier role as a Personnel Consultant at Medix Staffing Solutions marked the beginning of her HR career, providing her with a solid foundation in personnel consulting and recruitment.
