London, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Sachin Bhatnagar has been appointed as Vice President – Head of Procurement EMEA at Haleon, a global leader in consumer health. In this new role, Sachin will oversee procurement strategy and operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, covering both direct and indirect categories, as well as contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), with a focus on value creation, supplier innovation, and sustainability.
Sachin previously served as Senior Director, EMEA Procurement at Haleon, where he led procurement for direct materials, facilities, capital expenditure, and logistics across the region. Prior to that, he held a dual leadership role as Senior Director – Ingredients Global Procurement, EMEA Directs & GCC Procurement, where he led global ingredient sourcing strategies while also managing regional and India procurement portfolios.
Before Haleon, Sachin was with GSK, where he held multiple global roles over a span of more than eight years. As Senior Director, Global Procurement for Raw Material Ingredients, he managed a global team overseeing raw materials sourcing across 75 manufacturing sites. Earlier, he served as Director, Global Procurement for Agricultural Commodities, and Head of Procurement for the Indian Subcontinent, overseeing diverse procurement categories across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, Sachin spent over a decade at Marico Ltd., where he rose through several leadership roles, including Head of Procurement for Agri Commodities, Cluster and Site Manufacturing Head, and Head of Supply Chain Planning. His broad experience included commodity buying, greenfield manufacturing setups, and managing complex supply chain networks across India.
Sachin holds an MBA in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and brings over two decades of leadership in procurement, supply chain, and strategic sourcing.
