Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, United States, May 2026 – Joe Blake has started his new role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at American Cutting Edge, Inc., bringing extensive leadership experience across finance, operations, and business transformation in the manufacturing sector. In this dual role, he will oversee financial strategy, operational excellence, and overall business performance.
Joe Blake joins American Cutting Edge, Inc. after serving as Chief Financial Officer at GENERAL TOOL COMPANY, where he led financial operations and strategic initiatives.
Prior to that, he was President of Industry Products Company, where he successfully led a business turnaround and eventual sale to a strategic buyer. He had earlier served as Chief Operating Officer at the same organization, gaining deep operational leadership experience.
Earlier in his career, Joe held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Fisher & Company, where he led global finance and IT operations, contributing to significant business growth across multiple geographies. He also worked as Managing Director – Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting, advising clients on restructuring, due diligence, and performance improvement.
His leadership journey includes senior roles at Cadence Innovation, Plastech, ASC Incorporated, Guide Lighting, and LDM Technologies, where he consistently drove financial strategy, operational transformation, and large-scale growth initiatives. He began his career with GE, completing the Financial Management Program and gaining foundational expertise in finance and operations.
With over three decades of experience, Joe brings a strong blend of financial acumen, operational leadership, and strategic execution to his new role.
