London, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Cyril Desouza has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at FintechOS, bringing extensive finance leadership experience across fintech, SaaS, technology, financial control, and audit.
Before joining FintechOS, Cyril spent over nine years with Bigtincan, where he served as CFO and earlier as Global Financial Controller, leading finance operations and supporting the company’s global growth.
Earlier, Cyril held finance leadership roles at Etherstack, Woods Bagot, and RSM Australia, where he built strong expertise in financial management, audit, assurance, reporting, governance, and business finance.
With nearly two decades of finance and accounting experience across listed technology companies and global businesses, Cyril brings strong financial strategy and operational leadership to his new role.
