Susan Ganeshan joins Emplifi as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
With over two decades of extensive experience in marketing and strategic leadership, Susan has demonstrated success across various senior roles. Before joining Emplifi, she was the Senior Director of People and Culture at Shield Therapeutics plc in Boston, where she served from January 2023 to April 2024. There, she was instrumental in redefining the company’s people strategy and enhancing its organizational culture.
Prior to that, Susan held significant positions at Sanofi and PUMA Group, where she led major initiatives in talent management and HR transformation. Her role at PUMA Group from October 2012 to February 2022 involved heading the People and Organization department, contributing to substantial growth and innovation in HR practices.
