Bringing more than three decades of experience across human resources, business operations, organizational transformation, and executive leadership, Maggie has built an accomplished career leading people strategies for high-growth organizations, venture-backed companies, and enterprise businesses. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organizational design, culture transformation, executive coaching, workforce planning, and operational excellence, making her well-positioned to support ChangeBridge’s mission of delivering measurable business performance through people-focused solutions.
Prior to joining ChangeBridge People Solutions, Maggie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at LEARN Behavioral, where she partnered with clinical and business leaders to transform the organization’s people strategy, employee experience, and HR operations while supporting a nationwide healthcare workforce. Before that, she worked as a Fractional CHRO and Startup Advisor, providing strategic HR leadership, executive coaching, and organizational consulting to emerging businesses and high-growth organizations.
Earlier, Maggie spent more than eleven years at 2U, where she held several senior leadership positions including Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President – Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Portfolio General Manager, and Executive Vice President – Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from a venture-backed startup to a publicly listed global education technology company, leading enterprise-wide people transformation, business operations, organizational restructuring, and leadership development initiatives.
Her career also includes leadership roles at Sterling, Johnson & Johnson, and The Princeton Review, along with years as an HR consultant through Margaret Ruvoldt Associates. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Maggie continues to contribute to the future of work through advisory positions with organizations including Rebalance Capital, Transform, Summer, Pinnacle – AI Coaching, and SemperVirens Venture Capital, where she advises on talent strategy, leadership, innovation, and workforce transformation.
