Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Subex Ltd, a leading telecom AI solutions company, has appointed Lalita Gowda as Director – HR Organization Effectiveness. In her new role, she will partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness through a people-first approach, driving initiatives across talent development, employee experience, performance management, organizational design, and culture transformation.
With over two decades of experience in human resources, Lalita brings extensive expertise in HR business partnering, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and process transformation. Throughout her career, she has successfully aligned people strategies with business objectives, enabling organizations to build high-performing, agile, and future-ready workforces.
Prior to joining Subex Ltd, Lalita was associated with Taylor & Francis Group, where she most recently served as HR Process Expert, leading HR process design and governance for a global HR systems implementation. Before that, she held the role of People Relations Manager, where she strengthened employee relations practices and supported global people initiatives.
Earlier, Lalita served with HCL Technologies, managing Human Resources Business Operations for the US and Canada, where she handled employee relations, policy investigations, HR operations, performance management, and leadership coaching. Her professional journey also includes significant HR leadership roles at Posiflex Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd., Cenduit (India) Services Pvt. Ltd., Manipal Health Enterprises, and 3i Infotech Ltd. and eMudhra, where she led several strategic initiatives spanning HR transformation, career frameworks, performance management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, HRMS implementation, employee engagement, and organizational capability development.
She began her career in learning and development with NIS Sparta Ltd. and ANA Enterprises, building a strong foundation in training, leadership development, and capability enhancement that continues to shape her people-centric leadership approach.
