In this role, Lindsey will oversee and drive the company’s talent development strategies, focusing on leadership development, organizational growth, and employee engagement. Lindsey’s journey at Genworth began over seven years ago. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Leadership & Organizational Development, where she spearheaded executive coaching initiatives, management development programs, and organizational leadership strategies. Her efforts have played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Previously, Lindsey held the position of Leadership & Organizational Development Manager, where she designed and implemented company-wide leadership programs. She collaborated with executives to enhance team effectiveness and provided coaching support to leaders participating in the Global Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
Before joining Genworth, Lindsey was a Learning and Development Specialist at the University of Virginia’s Center for Leadership Excellence. Her work focused on creating leadership programs, career development resources, and organizational development services that advanced the university’s strategic goals.
Earlier in her career, Lindsey held several leadership roles at Target, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader, Human Resources, where she excelled in talent management, succession planning, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
