Previously, Lindsey held the position of Leadership & Organizational Development Manager, where she designed and implemented company-wide leadership programs. Before joining Genworth, Lindsey was a Learning and Development Specialist at the University of Virginia’s Center for Leadership Excellence. Her work focused on creating leadership programs, career development resources, and organizational development services that advanced the university’s strategic goals.

Earlier in her career, Lindsey held several leadership roles at Target, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader, Human Resources, where she excelled in talent management, succession planning, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
