Pune, Maharashtra, India – November 2024 – Shweta Shukla has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at T-Systems International, where she will play a pivotal role in steering the organization’s HR strategies and supporting the growth and digital transformation efforts. With extensive expertise across talent management, HR transformation, and strategic HR planning, Shweta is well-positioned to drive HR initiatives that align with T-Systems’ objectives and foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Shweta previously served at HSBC as the HR Business Partner for Global Product Management – Emerging Talent for nearly five years. In this role, she was instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies tailored to support emerging talent, focusing on HR transformation, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement. Her contributions were integral to enhancing leadership development and aligning HR policies with HSBC’s strategic growth.
Prior to HSBC, Shweta was the Head of Talent Management and Development at Volkswagen India, where she led various initiatives for nearly three years. Her work involved driving culture change, executive coaching, and developing a talent management framework that catered to Volkswagen’s growth needs. Her focus on talent development and succession planning significantly contributed to strengthening the leadership pipeline within the organization.
Earlier, Shweta served as Talent Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions for over four years. Here, she managed strategic HR planning, compensation, and benefits, ensuring that HR functions supported Cognizant’s fast-paced growth. She also spearheaded initiatives in employer branding and HR transformation, which contributed to improved employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Shweta’s career in HR began at Fiserv India Pvt. Ltd. and Cybage Software, where she held various HR roles and gained a solid foundation in HR management, change management, and employer branding. Her early experience laid the groundwork for her specialization in talent management, strategic HR planning, and human resource development.
