New York, November 12, 2024 – Genpact (NYSE: G), a global professional services and solutions firm, has announced the appointment of Jinsook Han as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, effective immediately. Jinsook will oversee the company’s strategy, investments, and ventures, including acquisitions, and will report directly to Balkrishan “BK” Kalra, President and CEO of Genpact.

Jinsook brings a wealth of experience from her most recent role as a Cloud, Engineering, Data & AI Partner at PwC, where she played a pivotal role in shaping large-scale client transformations. Previously, she served as Chief Strategy Officer of the Applied Intelligence Business at Accenture, where she refreshed growth strategies, managed R&D funding, expanded partnerships, and drove acquisitions. She has also held senior roles at AIG and McKinsey & Company.
A Certified Public Accountant, Jinsook holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and is an alumna of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and the CHRO program at The Wharton School of Business.
