Linda joins this position after serving as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at IPG Health for over three years, where she successfully managed full-cycle recruitment for Strategic Planning and Engagement. Her leadership and expertise significantly enhanced the talent acquisition processes, aligning them with organizational growth and strategic goals.
Prior to IPG Health, Linda was Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at TSP, a Syneos Health Company, where she contributed to solving people-related challenges for healthcare and life science clients. At EVERSANA, she held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment across diverse verticals such as regulatory, marketing, IT, and legal.
Linda’s career also includes her impactful tenure at Precision Oncology, where she established and led recruitment processes during a period of significant company growth. She previously worked at United BioSource Corporation in multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter and HR Manager, where she managed end-to-end recruitment, talent strategy, and HR operations for a rapidly scaling pharmaceutical support services organization.
