Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, December 2024 – Amanda Polevoy has been named Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Global Risk Campus Lead at Bank of America, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. In her new role, Amanda will oversee campus talent acquisition strategies for the Global Risk division, driving initiatives to attract and nurture top-tier talent across the organization.
Amanda Polevoy has been with Bank of America for over three years, steadily progressing through leadership roles in talent acquisition. Before her current appointment, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager – Global Operations Lead, where she managed end-to-end recruitment strategies for campus programs. Prior to this, she was Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager, focusing on developing innovative hiring strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.
Before joining Bank of America, Amanda spent over eight years at Signature Consultants, where she held roles including Field Sales & Recruiting Program Manager and Internal Recruiting Manager. She spearheaded enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, internship program development, and employee engagement efforts, showcasing her ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
Earlier in her career, Amanda honed her marketing and organizational skills through roles at Vision Ventures and as a Marketing Specialist at Signature Consultants. Her experiences also include serving as an Assistant Cheerleading Coach and Royal Ambassador at Queens University of Charlotte, where she developed leadership and team-building capabilities.
