Singapore, June 2025 – Varun Kapoor has stepped into the role of Director APAC – Digital Strategy Group at Adobe, marking a new chapter in his more than eleven-year journey with the company. In this newly expanded position, Varun will spearhead digital strategy for Adobe’s APAC clients, driving transformation and value creation across the region.
Varun has held a series of increasingly strategic roles at Adobe, most recently as Practice Director – FSI Asia Pacific, where he led complex strategy engagements for banks, insurance, and wealth management firms. He played a key role in crafting innovative financial services use cases, customer journeys, and strategic business reviews that have consistently delivered value for Adobe’s license business and enhanced client success. His experience also includes leadership as Practice Lead – FSI, Principal Digital Strategist, and earlier positions focused on solutions consulting and client success.
Before joining Adobe, Varun held impactful roles at Komli Media, Mu Sigma, and Altran, gaining strong expertise in data strategy, business analysis, and software engineering.
