Rohith joins e-TRNL Energy with more than 20 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employer branding, people communications, workforce planning, and strategic HR leadership. He brings a proven track record of building scalable talent ecosystems, enhancing employer brands, driving people transformation initiatives, and aligning workforce strategies with business growth objectives.

In his new role, Rohith will lead the company’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, employer branding, and culture-building initiatives. He will play a critical role in strengthening e-TRNL Energy’s talent capabilities as the company advances its next-generation battery technology and expands its operations.

Prior to joining e-TRNL Energy, Rohith spent more than nine years with Ather Energy, where he held a series of progressively senior leadership roles across talent acquisition, talent partnering, employer branding, people communications, and employee experience. Most recently, he served as Head of Employer Branding, People Communications, and People Experience, leading initiatives focused on organizational culture, change management, employee engagement, talent analytics, capability building, and employer value proposition development.

During his tenure at Ather Energy, Rohith played a significant role in establishing the organization’s employer brand, strengthening university relations, building talent pipelines, and supporting workforce growth during a critical phase of the company’s expansion. He also led strategic people initiatives encompassing organizational design, performance management, people analytics, talent communications, and employee experience programs.

Before Ather Energy, Rohith worked with TE Connectivity, where he held responsibilities spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. In these roles, he partnered with business leaders to execute talent strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across engineering and technology functions.

Earlier in his career, he developed extensive expertise in executive search, leadership hiring, and talent advisory through leadership roles at Associated Search Professionals, ABC Consultants, and CAPntel Executive Search, supporting organizations across engineering, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

Over the course of his career, Rohith has built deep expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, organizational development, people experience, leadership hiring, talent analytics, employee communications, and change management. His experience in scaling high-growth organizations and building strong talent ecosystems positions him well to support e-TRNL Energy’s ambitious growth plans.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time for e-TRNL Energy as the company continues to advance innovative battery cell technologies designed to improve energy density, thermal efficiency, and affordability while supporting future-ready lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery ecosystems.

With increasing demand for advanced energy storage solutions and rapid developments across the electric mobility and clean energy sectors, Rohith’s leadership is expected to play a key role in building the talent capabilities and organizational culture necessary to support the company’s long-term vision and innovation agenda.
