Rajkot, Gujarat, India, April 2025 – Darshita Kurani has been officially elevated to Chief People & Operations Officer (CPOO) at 0xblock, after serving as the company’s HR Manager for the past two years. In her new role, Darshita will oversee both people and operational strategy, with a strong focus on building scalable culture, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and shaping internal systems that align with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.
Darshita has been part of 0xblock since April 2023, playing a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with the company’s startup energy. As HR Manager, she helped build the foundation for talent acquisition, culture development, and operational harmony — all while supporting fast-paced team scaling. Her steady presence and people-first approach earned her the trust of leadership and teams across the board.
Alongside her role at 0xblock, Darshita has also served as an HR Business Partner at Helius Work, where she has contributed to workforce engagement, policy structuring, and people analytics. Her ability to balance multiple responsibilities with finesse has made her a go-to leader in dynamic environments.
Prior to this, Darshita was part of Cloudedots Tech for nearly five years, first as HR Manager and later as Head of People Operations. Her contributions were instrumental in standardizing HR practices, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational transformation as the company scaled its tech solutions globally.
Her early career included roles in administration and coordination, including her time at U-LINE MULTI PRINT as Sales Coordinator & HR, and as Assistant Librarian at SHRI V. J. MODHA COLLEGE, where she developed strong foundational skills in operations, record management, and team support.
Darshita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Shree H.N. Shukla Group of Colleges, affiliated with GTU.
