Singapore, March 2026 – Adeline Quek has transitioned into an expanded role as Director, People for SEA, North Asia, ANZ & Strategic Capability Building at Belden Inc., reflecting her growing leadership impact within the organization’s global HR function.
In her current role at Belden Inc., Adeline Quek has been serving as Human Resources Director for SEA, ANZ, North Asia & India, where she has led strategic HR initiatives across multiple geographies, partnering closely with leadership teams to drive business growth and organizational culture.
Prior to this, she held the role of Human Resources Director, SEA, ANZ & North Asia, where she played a key role in strengthening HR strategy and building regional people capabilities.
Earlier in her tenure at Belden Inc., she worked as Senior Human Resources Manager, SEA, ANZ & North Asia, contributing to talent management, HR operations, and leadership development across the region.
Before joining Belden, she spent significant time with Calvin Klein / PVH Corp., where she served as HR Manager for Singapore & Malaysia, acting as a strategic HR business partner supporting both retail and commercial operations.
She also held HR leadership roles at NICE Systems and Nike, where she built strong expertise in HR operations, compensation & benefits, and shared services transformation across APAC markets.
