New Delhi, India, June 2026 – Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed Kairav Vadgama as Head – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its operations across the Ayurvedic, Unani, and herbal healthcare sectors.
Kairav brings over two decades of diverse human resources leadership experience spanning pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, mining, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has led strategic HR initiatives across talent management, business partnering, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, and HR transformation.
In his new role, Kairav will be responsible for leading the human resources function across Multani Pharmaceuticals, driving people strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce capability building, employee engagement, and culture transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining Multani Pharmaceuticals, Kairav served as Assistant General Manager – Human Resource at Accumax Lab Devices Pvt. Ltd., where he headed the HR function for a workforce of more than 1,500 employees across corporate and manufacturing operations. In this role, he was responsible for aligning people strategies with both short-term and long-term business goals while building organizational capabilities to support business expansion.
Before Accumax, he spent more than seven years with the Kusum Group of Companies, progressing through multiple leadership positions including Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager – Business HR. During his tenure, he played a significant role in strengthening HR business partnering practices, talent management processes, leadership development initiatives, and workforce effectiveness programs across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Kairav held HR leadership roles with Biotech Healthcare, Somika Group SARL in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Actylis Lab Solutions, and Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he gained extensive exposure to global HR practices, manufacturing workforce management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
His professional journey also includes experience with Gujarat Borosil Limited, where he began his career and developed foundational expertise in human resource development, employee engagement, industrial relations, and workforce management.
Across his career, Kairav has built deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, capability building, employee engagement, leadership development, business HR partnering, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. His ability to align people strategies with business priorities has helped organizations navigate growth, transformation, and workforce expansion initiatives successfully.
