Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 – Chubb has appointed Arun Kumar Sahu as Head of Human Resources Operations, reinforcing its leadership team with an experienced HR operations and transformation leader as the global insurance major continues to strengthen its people, governance, and digital transformation capabilities.
Arun joins Chubb with nearly 20 years of experience across HR operations, global people services, HR transformation, digitalization, governance, compliance, payroll, employee lifecycle management, organizational effectiveness, and service delivery excellence. In his new role, he will lead the company’s Human Resources Operations function, driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, HR digitalization, governance frameworks, compliance management, and employee experience enhancement programs.
His appointment comes at a time when organizations worldwide are increasingly leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven people processes to create more agile, compliant, and employee-centric workplaces.
Prior to joining Chubb, Arun served as Lead Global People Services at Electronic Arts, where he was responsible for leading global people services operations and supporting employee experience initiatives across a diverse international workforce.
Before Electronic Arts, Arun spent over five years with PepsiCo, holding several leadership positions including Deputy Director – Global HR Operations & Organization Management and M&A Lead, Executive Manager – Global HR Operations, and Senior Manager – HR Operations & Compliance. During his tenure, he led global HR operations, organizational management initiatives, HR transformation programs, compliance frameworks, service delivery excellence projects, and M&A integration activities.
Earlier, he spent nearly six years with Novartis as Team Manager HR, where he led HR operations and service delivery initiatives while driving process optimization and operational excellence programs.
Arun’s professional journey also includes significant experience with Capgemini, where he managed expatriate HR operations, payroll administration, service management, quality initiatives, and employee lifecycle programs supporting international workforce deployments.
He began his career with PeopleStrong and Global Turbine Services, developing strong expertise in payroll management, compensation administration, HR systems, compliance, and employee services, which laid the foundation for his future leadership roles in HR operations and transformation.
Over the course of his career, Arun has built deep expertise in HR operations, HR governance, compliance management, process excellence, service delivery, payroll operations, workforce administration, organizational management, digital HR transformation, and employee experience enhancement. His ability to combine operational rigor with technology-driven innovation has enabled organizations to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and deliver superior employee services.
