Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Bijoy Francis has joined Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Bijoy will spearhead HR strategy and execution for the company, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and fostering a high-performance work culture. As a key member of the leadership team, he will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and innovation in the hygiene products industry.
Before joining Nobel Hygiene, Bijoy Francis served as Head HR & Learning at Elite Foods & Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for over nine years. During his tenure, he led human capital development initiatives nationwide, implemented HR automation projects, and established a performance-oriented culture through effective talent acquisition and training programs.

Prior to this, he was Senior GM – HR & Learning at Shivashakti Bio Technologies Ltd., where he transformed the organization’s HR framework from a family-owned structure to a professionally managed setup. He also launched the award-winning Leadership Development Program, which delivered measurable ROI and elevated workforce productivity.
Earlier, Bijoy headed Learning and Development at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, leading behavioral and leadership training initiatives and designing competency enhancement programs in collaboration with reputed institutions.
His professional journey began at NIS Sparta, where he rose to the position of Regional Head – Learning, managing training programs for prominent clients like Maruti Suzuki, Infosys, and Bank Muscat, and overseeing large-scale projects across industries.
Bijoy holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from SCMS Cochin School of Business and has completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
