Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – PwC India has announced the appointment of Malhar Vaidya as Executive Director in its Advisory practice, where he will focus on driving business transformation initiatives. With over two decades of experience in technology, enterprise service management, and automation solutions, Malhar brings a wealth of expertise that aligns with PwC’s mission to enhance its advisory capabilities and support clients on their digital transformation journeys.
Malhar joins PwC India after a notable tenure as Director at Deloitte, where he spearheaded the growth of portfolios such as Employee Experience, CX, and ESG through the ServiceNow platform, achieving significant milestones, including scaling the practice from 80 to 225+ professionals and contributing to a 6X revenue growth in under three years.
Before Deloitte, Malhar led the ServiceNow Practice at Serviceberry Technologies as Global Delivery Head, overseeing projects across diverse sectors like BFSI, healthcare, and utilities. His leadership resulted in the development of robust capabilities in service management and automation.
Earlier in his career, Malhar held impactful roles at OpenText, where he served as Consulting Manager for the India and Southeast Asia regions, and at HP Software as the APJ Escalation Manager, where he significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
His professional journey also includes roles at Symantec, where he developed innovative customer support tools, and earlier software development positions that laid the foundation for his expertise in technology and process management.
