With over 25 years of extensive experience in leadership, P&L management, and strategic business development in the fashion, apparel, and textiles industry, Bhargava is set to lead operations spanning woven and knit garments, fabrics, hemming, and embroidery. His expertise in driving innovation and operational excellence is expected to propel growth in the Apparel & Fabrics segment.
Ravi Bhargava brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles across reputed organizations. Prior to joining Alok Industries, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Matrix Clothing Pvt Ltd, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives and business development for 18 months. Before that, he held the position of Executive Director (Merchandising) at Hameem Group in Bangladesh, leading key merchandising strategies for over a year.
Bhargava has also played a pivotal role as the Chief Executive Officer at Arvind Goodhill Suits Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Arvind Ltd and Goodhill Japan, focusing on tailored clothing and made-to-measure solutions. He held leadership roles at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, Maxmoda Indo Global, and Gokaldas Exports Ltd, gaining a reputation for driving business innovation and operational efficiency.
In the early stages of his career, Bhargava contributed significantly to Arvind Limited, holding various roles including Head (Sales & Marketing) Denim Fabrics and Chief Executive Officer (Lifestyle Apparel Jeans). His two-decade journey with Arvind Limited solidified his expertise in denim garments and textiles.
