In this role, Rizwan will focus on driving strategic business initiatives, enhancing compliance frameworks, and expanding AJMS Global’s presence in international markets. His extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and executive leadership positions him to lead AJMS’s growth trajectory effectively.
Rizwan has been a key figure at AJMS Global for over three years. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Senior Partner and Global Compliance Head, where he was instrumental in monitoring regulatory compliance and developing advisory frameworks that streamlined the organization’s risk and compliance functions.
Before joining AJMS, Rizwan was the Chief Executive Officer at Pinnacle Risk Advisory Services Pvt Ltd, where he led initiatives in compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and enterprise risk management. He also contributed significantly to enhancing digital strategies and financial risk management for various clients.
Earlier in his career, Rizwan held senior compliance roles at organizations such as Al Dahab Exchange UAE and Premier International Exchange, where he designed and implemented robust compliance and risk management frameworks. His responsibilities included AML policies, operational risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
Rizwan’s foundational experience includes a tenure as Manager Compliance at Economic Exchange Centre and over a decade-long association with Nishat Mills Limited, where he gained expertise in financial reconciliations, costing, and corporate governance.
