Zofingen, Aargau, Switzerland, December 2024 – Pieter Vogels has been named the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (a.i. CHRO) at Siegfried, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing and service partner. In this capacity, Pieter will lead the company’s HR strategies, oversee global HR operations, and spearhead transformative initiatives to support Siegfried’s growth and operational excellence.
Pieter brings nearly three years of dedicated service to Siegfried, where he has held dual roles as Vice President, Global Head HR Drug Products and Global Head HRIS. In these positions, he managed HR operations across multiple countries, supported 1,800 employees, and led the company’s digital HR transformation.

Before joining Siegfried, Pieter worked at RUAG International, serving as HR Director Switzerland and Senior Manager HR Systems and Processes, where he drove HR operations, compliance, and system implementation projects.
His earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Dow, where he was responsible for HR operations across EMEAI Headquarters, and at Nyrstar, where he managed HR functions across Europe and Canada, contributing to integration efforts and organizational development.
