Houston, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Nicole Devore has joined Anuvu as the new Chief People Officer. With over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience, Devore will focus on aligning human capital strategies with the company’s vision. She will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall talent management across the organization’s diverse operations.
Before joining Anuvu, Nicole served as the Vice President of Human Resources at energyRe for over two years. In this role, she played a pivotal part in shaping HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee relations, driving initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
Prior to energyRe, she worked at Southcross Energy Partners, L.P., where she held leadership positions, including Vice President Human Resources & Administration. During her tenure, she implemented significant organizational changes, such as restructuring performance appraisal processes, implementing cost-effective HR systems, and reducing operational expenditures while boosting employee satisfaction.
Nicole also served as the Regional Director of Total Rewards and Head of US HR at MAN Diesel & Turbo North America Inc., where she consolidated HR operations, implemented regional HRIS systems, and optimized compensation programs. Her strategic approach led to improved efficiency and substantial cost savings across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Nicole held HR leadership roles at Ignite Restaurant Group and Cameron LNG, where she focused on employee relations, benefits management, and compliance with regulatory standards. These roles honed her expertise in creating and implementing HR frameworks that align with corporate goals.
