Samantha has an impressive tenure at Walmart, spanning over eight years. Before her new role, she served as Director, Total Rewards Partner, where she developed and implemented innovative rewards programs tailored to the needs of Walmart’s Global Technology team. Her strategic insights and ability to align rewards with business goals have been instrumental in elevating employee engagement and retention.

Previously, Samantha held the position of Senior Manager, Compensation, where she managed compensation frameworks for Walmart’s U.S. store management and Global Technology teams. Her contributions included designing compensation structures, evaluating market trends, and driving strategic initiatives to maintain Walmart’s competitive edge in talent management.

Before rejoining Walmart in 2016, Samantha served as Manager, Compensation and Senior Compensation Consultant at Bank of Oklahoma, where she directed the execution of incentive programs totaling $70 million annually and partnered with senior leaders on strategic compensation initiatives.

Samantha began her HR journey at Walmart as a Compensation Specialist and later advanced to various leadership roles in compensation and HR coordination, solidifying her expertise in total rewards and organizational effectiveness.
