Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States, December 2024 – Eric Galstad has joined Tennant Company as Director, Global Total Rewards. In this role, Eric will lead the development and execution of global total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs, to enhance Tennant Company’s talent value proposition and support its mission of innovation and sustainability in the cleaning industry.
Eric brings over two decades of expertise in compensation and benefits to Tennant Company. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager, Executive Compensation at The Mosaic Company, where he specialized in equity compensation strategies to align executive incentives with organizational goals.
Previously, Eric held the role of Senior Director, Total Rewards US & EU at WuXi AppTec, where he managed comprehensive compensation programs across the United States and Europe. He also served as Director of Total Rewards at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc., contributing to enhanced global rewards systems during his tenure.
Eric’s extensive experience includes nearly six years at Graco, where he progressed through several leadership roles, including Director, Global Compensation & Benefits, overseeing global programs for the multinational manufacturing company. Earlier in his career, he held compensation roles at General Mills, Nash Finch Company, and Siemens, gaining expertise in designing and administering compensation programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
