Nash brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, governance, legal strategy, and business growth across technology-driven organizations. She is widely recognized as a respected finance executive, attorney, CPA, public company board director, and thought leader in AI governance.
Prior to joining Vibrant Planet, Nash served as Chief Financial Officer at Wing, an Alphabet company focused on drone delivery and advanced air mobility solutions. During her tenure, she played a key role in supporting financial strategy and operational growth initiatives for the rapidly evolving technology business.
Earlier, she held leadership positions at Reputation, where she served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, revenue operations, payroll, procurement, and global real estate functions while driving governance, operational excellence, and scalable growth strategies.
Her extensive executive leadership journey also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Insidesource, where she led finance, legal, HR, operations, and IT functions while overseeing significant business transformation and acquisition integration initiatives. She additionally held senior leadership roles at Cumulus Media, Aspire Public Schools, Sunseeker Media, and Register Lett LLP.
Nash’s earlier professional experience includes legal and leadership positions at globally recognized organizations such as Amgen, Cooley LLP, K&L Gates, and KPMG, where she built deep expertise across corporate governance, taxation, compliance, operations, and strategic business advisory.
Beyond her executive leadership responsibilities, Nash currently serves on the boards of several prominent organizations including NETSCOUT, SoFi, and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. She is also actively involved in AI governance initiatives through her advisory role at Alpha and is recognized for her contributions to governance, diversity, and leadership conversations across industries.
