Denver, Colorado, United States, December 2024 – Donna Page has joined Western Union as the Director, Global Rewards. In her new role, Donna will lead the design and management of global rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs, to support Western Union’s dynamic workforce and evolving business goals. Her expertise will help shape innovative reward systems that drive talent engagement and organizational success.
Prior to Western Union, Donna served as Senior Director, Total Rewards at Arcadia, where she led global Total Rewards and People Operations functions. During her tenure, she managed compensation, benefits, equity programs, and HR systems, contributing significantly to Arcadia’s growth and IPO readiness.

Earlier, Donna was Senior Director, Total Rewards at agilon health, focusing on scalable compensation and benefits systems to support rapid business growth. She also held the role of Lead Executive Rewards Advisor at USAA, managing executive compensation programs and leading regulatory compliance and process improvements.
Donna has a strong background in Total Rewards strategy and execution, having previously served as Director, Compensation & Benefits at QEP Resources and as a Compensation Manager at Janus Henderson Investors. She began her career at Bank of America, gaining extensive experience in HR functions and playing a key role in major acquisitions.
