Ritika Chopra Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at JSW Paints and JSW Dulux

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Ritika Chopra has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for JSW Paints and JSW Dulux, following the integration of the two organizations after the acquisition of Akzo Nobel India Limited.

In this expanded leadership role, Ritika Chopra will focus on driving organizational integration, strengthening leadership capability, and shaping a unified culture that blends the legacy strengths of Dulux with the entrepreneurial energy of JSW. Her mandate is critical in creating a cohesive people strategy to support the combined entity’s next phase of growth.

Prior to this appointment, Ritika Chopra served as Head Human Resources at JSW Paints, where she played a key role in building HR capabilities and aligning people strategy with business growth.

Before joining JSW, she was Head – Human Resources (CPG) at Purplle.com, where she led HR for the consumer products business, driving talent and organizational initiatives in a fast-growing digital environment.

Earlier, she worked with Amazon, where she held roles including Senior HR Business Partner for Prime Video India and Senior HR Program Manager for APAC & MEA, contributing to regional HR strategy and program execution.

Her career also includes significant tenure at Pantaloons, where she led HR across multiple roles including Head HR – West, and earlier responsibilities in talent management, learning, and HR business partnering.

She began her professional journey with roles at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and was part of the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs, building a strong foundation in HR leadership.

Ritika Chopra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, equipping her with strong academic grounding in people and organizational management.
