Vilnius, Lithuania, April 2026 – Indre Kaira has joined Kiloverse as Chief People Officer, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy during a critical phase of transformation. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening hiring, implementing robust performance management frameworks, and driving practical AI adoption to enhance productivity and scale organizational performance.
Prior to joining Kiloverse, Indre Kaira founded jobRely, where she focused on leveraging automation and AI to significantly improve recruitment productivity. Her entrepreneurial journey reflects a strong commitment to redefining talent acquisition through technology and innovation.
She has also worked as a Fractional Chief People Officer at Linen Tales, partnering with leadership to transition the organization into a scalable, revenue-driven business. Her work included implementing structured people strategies, OKRs, organizational design, and performance management frameworks to enhance alignment and growth.
Earlier, she held a similar advisory role at Lighthouse HUB, where she focused on improving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and execution during a growth phase.
A key milestone in her career was her tenure as Head of HR at Surfshark, where she was the first HR leader and played a pivotal role in building the people function from scratch, supporting the company’s journey to becoming one of Lithuania’s leading unicorn startups.
She also founded Lisbon Founders Club, building a thriving community of startup founders, and earlier worked with Talentify Co. and People Link, gaining deep expertise in recruitment, business development, and talent strategy.
