In this capacity, she will combine strategic HR leadership with a transformation mandate aimed at accelerating Comarch’s cultural evolution in the AI era.
With nearly 25 years of experience across Polish and international organizations, Iwona Wencel brings deep expertise in building business-aligned HR functions, advising leadership teams, and driving organizational transformation.

She also held leadership roles at WeNet Group S.A., Mindgram, and Medinice S.A., where she served in senior HR leadership positions including Chief People Officer and VP HR, driving organizational transformation and strengthening HR strategy.
Earlier, she served as VP Chief HR Officer at Grupa Wirtualna Polska, where she played a key role in shaping people strategy in a dynamic digital business environment.
Her foundational HR leadership experience includes roles at Gillette, Aventis Pharma, and Japan Tobacco International, where she built deep expertise in HR operations, transformation, and leadership in global organizations.
