Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — CoverSelf has appointed Shweta Singh as its Director – HR. In her new role, Shweta will lead the company’s People Experience function, aligning people strategy with business growth as CoverSelf continues to scale its next-generation healthcare technology platform. As a member of the leadership team, she will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build a high-performance culture, scale people practices, and create an environment where both employees and the organization thrive together.
Shweta has been an integral part of CoverSelf for more than four years. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, where she partnered with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people capability. Earlier, she joined the company as HR Manager – Business Partner, supporting business growth through strong HR partnering, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership enablement, contributing significantly to the company’s growth journey.
Before joining CoverSelf, Shweta served as Manager – HR Business Strategies at SMEC, where she led strategic human resources initiatives supporting business objectives and organizational capability development. Earlier, she worked as an HR Advisor at Sling Media Pvt. Ltd., partnering with business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy while strengthening her expertise as a strategic HR business partner.
Earlier in her career, Shweta spent over four years with Brocade as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, where she gained extensive experience in compensation strategy, rewards, performance management, and talent development. She began her HR career with Edureka as an HR Executive, building a strong foundation in recruitment, talent management, employee experience, and HR operations.
Shweta Singh holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, and an M.Sc. (Tech.) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.
