Delhi, India, December 2024 – Ritesh Joshi has taken on the role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at NHAI InvIT (National Highways Infra Trust). With extensive experience in risk management, Ritesh will lead the strategic development and implementation of enterprise risk frameworks to strengthen governance, operational efficiency, and compliance in alignment with the organization’s infrastructure investment goals.
Ritesh joins NHAI InvIT from Tata Projects, where he served as Head of Enterprise Risk Management and played a pivotal role in enhancing risk resilience through innovative strategies. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Vice President and Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Hindalco Industries Ltd, where he implemented comprehensive risk mitigation measures to optimize operational efficiency.
His career also includes leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he served as Associate Director & Head of Planning (IPDO) and later as Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management. During his tenure, he developed and deployed centralized planning frameworks and dashboards to enhance supply chain efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
Earlier in his career, Ritesh was Manager – Corporate Center at Larsen & Toubro, where he focused on financial and operational risk management across multiple business units. He also gained valuable operational insights as an Operations Engineer at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (B.A.R.C.), managing critical reactor operations.
