Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Vivek Vinayak Purekar has taken on the role of Head of Global Talent Management and India HR Leader at Clearwater Analytics. In this capacity, Vivek will drive strategic talent initiatives globally, enhance organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and lead HR operations in India to support Clearwater’s continued global growth in the investment analytics domain.
Prior to joining Clearwater Analytics, Vivek co-founded UDEN, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and product innovation, while providing CHRO services and hiring solutions tailored to the start-up ecosystem. Earlier, he served as Vice President and Global Head – Human Capital at Simeio, where he led transformative HR initiatives that drastically reduced attrition, enhanced employee engagement, and built robust HR capabilities.
Vivek also held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Genpact, where he led significant organizational transformations, established innovative retention strategies, and enhanced HR frameworks across business verticals. His career began with leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, iGATE, and Satyam, where he gained expertise in global talent acquisition, organizational change management, and strategic HR leadership.
