Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Nikhil Dalmia has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Alliance World Manufacturing Limited. In his new role, he will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and structuring, focusing on enhancing cross-functional leadership, product costing, and financial efficiency across the company’s operations.
Prior to joining Alliance World Manufacturing Limited, Nikhil Dalmia served as Vice President – Corporate Finance at Abellon for approximately two years, where he held a leadership role in the waste management and circular economy sector, overseeing equity raising, project finance, and business strategy initiatives.
Before his time at Abellon, he was associated with Trident Group India for over a year as Head – Strategic Finance (Capex) and Head of Corporate Finance – Banking. His responsibilities included project finance, working capital management, and financial feasibility studies for large-scale expansion projects.
Earlier, Nikhil co-founded AV Advisory Group, where he provided capital raising and business restructuring services to SMEs and startups. Prior to this, he was Vice President – Strategy at Sintex Plastics Technology Limited, where he managed M&A activities, business transformation, and investor relations.
His career began with roles at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as Assistant Manager, where he gained expertise in capital markets and tax information networks.
