Prior to joining Ranpak, Greg Caldwell served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Packsize, where he led strategic marketing campaigns focused on packaging automation and sustainability, contributing to business growth and market expansion.

Earlier in his career, he held a pivotal role as Vice President, Marketing & Communications at 3D Systems Corporation, where he successfully developed strategic marketing plans and drove double-digit revenue growth.

His extensive leadership background includes a decade at Microsoft as Global Director, Marketing & Communications, where he led digital marketing strategies, brand transformation, and executive communication initiatives.
