Mukund has been associated with Flipkart for over a decade, steadily progressing through multiple leadership roles within the business. In his most recent role prior to this elevation, he served as Director – Smartphones, where he played a critical role in driving category growth and strengthening brand partnerships.
During his tenure at Flipkart, Mukund has held several key positions including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Business Development, contributing significantly to the growth of the smartphones and digital services categories. He has led high-value partnerships, managed multi-billion-dollar business portfolios, and played a pivotal role in launching and scaling new business categories such as travel and digital protection services on the platform.
Earlier in his career at Flipkart, he was instrumental in building and scaling programmatic advertising and monetization capabilities, working closely with global partners and driving digital revenue growth through innovative business models and data-driven strategies.
Mukund holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which has further strengthened his strategic and leadership capabilities in the dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.
