Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Health Prime India has welcomed Tanveer Ahmed, PMP® as its new Head of Operations, India. In announcing the appointment, the organization said that Tanveer brings rich expertise across the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) spectrum, strong operational discipline, and a proven track record of scaling complex delivery organizations. The company also highlighted that his people-first leadership and execution-focused approach will play a key role in strengthening its India operations.
With this new appointment, Tanveer Ahmed joins Health Prime India at a time when the company continues to expand its operational footprint and strengthen its end-to-end global RCM capabilities. His experience across business leadership, service delivery, strategic planning, P&L management, client engagement, and healthcare solutions positions him well to lead and enhance the company’s operations in India.
Before taking up this role, Tanveer Ahmed was engaged in Strategic Advisory | Executive Upskilling – PMP® Certified in the US Healthcare – Medical Billing RCM space from September 2025 to Present in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. In this capacity, he focused on strategic advisory, business leadership, project management, quality management, client engagement, and global human resources management, further sharpening his leadership capabilities in the healthcare revenue cycle domain.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at ASP-RCM Solutions from 2024 to 2025 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this role, he was associated with leadership, P&L management, scaling and managing service delivery, revenue and profit growth, strategic planning, healthcare solutions, consulting, and product development, adding another strong layer of strategic and growth-oriented experience to his professional journey.
Earlier, Tanveer Ahmed held long-standing leadership responsibilities with MDeverywhere Inc. and CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA. From 2016 to 2024, he served as Board Director (DIN: 07670512) – MDeverywhere India | eMDs | ARIA Health | CompuGroup Medical in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, where he contributed across board advisory services, business strategy, ESG, and statutory compliances. Alongside this, from 2015 to 2024, he worked as Chief Operating Officer – MDeverywhere | eMDs | ARIA Health | CompuGroup Medical, India, leading a broad portfolio spanning operations management, people management, transition management, corporate governance, automation, artificial intelligence, information technology, infrastructure, product development, customer service, and revenue cycle management.
Before his tenure with CompuGroup Medical, he served as Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management – Provider, Physician & Health Plans (Payer) at IKS Health from 2011 to 2015 in Hyderabad, where he managed service delivery, budgeting, revenue and profit growth, people management, quality management, credentialing, provider relations, payer relations, and business analytics. He also worked with Sutherland Healthcare Solutions in key leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President, Health Plans (Payer) Business Services from 2009 to 2011 and Senior Manager Operations, Health Plans (Payer) Business Services from 2006 to 2008, building deep expertise in healthcare operations, account management, performance management, presales, and customer service.
Earlier in his career, Tanveer Ahmed served as Service Delivery Leader, Revenue Cycle Management – Patient Financial Services at R1 RCM from 2008 to 2009, Manager Operations, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance at HSBC from 2004 to 2006, Deputy Manager Operations, Health Plans (Payer) Business Services at HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions from 2001 to 2004, and Operations Lead (AAO) – Life Insurance / Annuities at Accenture from 1999 to 2001. These roles helped shape a strong foundation in operations management, service delivery, training, process improvement, strategic hiring, and large-scale team leadership across healthcare and financial services environments.
