Bringing more than 27 years of human resources leadership experience across the financial services, housing finance, and NBFC-microfinance sectors, Radhakrishna will lead the company’s people agenda, focusing on organizational capability, leadership development, employee experience, and long-term business transformation.
Radhakrishna Eale is a seasoned HR leader with a distinguished career spanning strategic HR transformation, organizational development, talent management, culture building, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, industrial relations, and workforce transformation. Prior to joining Nivara Housing Finance Ltd, he most recently served as Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Muthoot Microfin, following his role as Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening HR strategy, organizational capability, and people practices across one of India’s leading microfinance institutions.
Earlier, Radhakrishna spent nearly 11 years with Muthoot Microfin, progressing through several senior HR leadership positions, including Vice President – Human Resources, Deputy Vice President, Senior Associate Vice President – Human Resources, Associate Vice President – Human Resources, Chief Manager – Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Throughout this period, he successfully led organization-wide HR transformation initiatives, strengthened leadership capability, enhanced employee engagement, and aligned people strategies with evolving business priorities, supporting the company’s rapid growth and organizational development.
Before joining Muthoot Microfin, Radhakrishna held HR and learning leadership roles with Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, Satin Creditcare Network Limited, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., and SHARE Microfin Limited. Beginning his career in field operations before transitioning into learning and human resources leadership, he developed broad expertise across business operations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. His extensive experience in scaling people practices across geographically diverse organizations has established him as a respected HR leader within India’s financial services ecosystem.
Known for his people-first leadership philosophy and strong business acumen, Radhakrishna has consistently focused on building agile, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures while enabling organizations to navigate growth, transformation, and evolving workforce expectations.
