In his new role, Harshit will hold end-to-end P&L responsibility for Crocs India’s brick-and-mortar business, overseeing the company’s owned retail network, partner retail operations, and wholesale distribution channels. He will lead commercial strategy, retail expansion, revenue growth, channel optimization, and market development to further strengthen Crocs’ presence in the Indian market.

Prior to joining Crocs, Harshit spent almost 18 years with the Aditya Birla Group, where he held a series of progressively larger leadership roles across some of India’s most recognized fashion brands including Reebok, Peter England, Louis Philippe, and Van Heusen.

Most recently, he served as Vice President – Product Merchandise Director for Peter England at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, where he was responsible for merchandise strategy, product planning, category management, and commercial performance for one of India’s largest menswear brands.

Earlier, as Retail Director – Reebok India, he led the brand’s retail business, driving sales growth, store productivity, operational excellence, customer experience, and business expansion across the country.

Before that, Harshit served as Head of Retail – Emerging Markets for Van Heusen, where he led the retail business across India’s emerging markets. His responsibilities included leadership across buying and merchandising, planning, retail operations, business development, category management, and commercial execution.

He also spent over three years as National Sales Head – Key Accounts for Louis Philippe, leading one of India’s largest large-format retail businesses. In this role, he managed more than 1,200 shop-in-shop outlets nationwide, carrying responsibility for a business exceeding ₹400 crore while leading a workforce of over 1,500 employees. His portfolio covered business expansion, retail operations, merchandising, inventory planning, customer experience, marketing activations, and channel profitability.

Earlier, Harshit spent nearly nine years as Category Head for Louis Philippe Sport & Louis Philippe Jeans, leading category strategy, merchandise planning, sourcing, inventory optimization, product development, profitability improvement, and expansion initiatives that supported the growth of the business.

He began his professional journey with the Aditya Birla Group as a Management Trainee, following internship assignments focused on product quality improvement, process excellence, manufacturing optimization, visual merchandising, and product innovation across the group’s apparel brands.

Over the course of his career, Harshit has developed extensive expertise in Retail Leadership, Commercial Strategy, P&L Management, Buying & Merchandising, Category Management, Product Strategy, Retail Operations, Sales Leadership, Wholesale Distribution, Inventory Planning, Business Development, Store Expansion, Customer Experience, Brand Management, and Organizational Leadership.

His appointment reflects Crocs India’s continued investment in experienced commercial leadership as the company expands its retail footprint and strengthens its market position across India.
