In this strategic advisory role, Kaul will work closely with the founders to shape the company’s long-term growth strategy, strengthen its go-to-market approach, drive fundraising readiness, and support the expansion of both BrandMusiq’s consulting business and its technology evolution.
With nearly two decades of experience across brand strategy, marketing, product growth and business transformation, Kaul has built and scaled brands across startups and high-growth businesses spanning education technology, consumer, mobility, music-tech and the creator economy. Her career includes leadership roles across early-stage ventures and growth-stage companies, where she has led market expansion, brand transformation, commercial strategy and organizational scaling. She brings in proven, successful experience in building and scaling platforms from scratch.
Prior to joining BrandMusiq, Kaul served as Chief Marketing Officer at Hoopr, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the company as one of India’s leading music licensing platforms through strategic partnerships, product marketing, brand building and ecosystem development. Over the years, she has also advised founders and leadership teams as a fractional growth and marketing leader, helping businesses build scalable growth engines, strengthen market positioning and prepare for their next phase of growth.
