Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2024 – Amanda Hill has been named Vice President of Human Resources at Oil-Dri Corporation of America, a leader in sorbent products for consumer and business markets. In her new role, Hill will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support its continued growth and innovation.
Hill has been a dedicated professional at Oil-Dri Corporation of America for nearly 17 years, holding various roles that have showcased her strategic leadership and expertise in human resources. Most recently, she served as Senior Leader of Human Resources, where she spearheaded HR initiatives that aligned with the company’s business objectives. Prior to this, she was Senior Manager of Organization Development, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Previously, Hill excelled as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager, where she led HR teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities, including those in Mississippi, Illinois, and Quebec. Earlier in her tenure, she held roles as Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, building her expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy.
Before joining Oil-Dri, Hill was Human Resources/Safety Manager at Blue Mountain Trucking and Berkline/BenchCraft, LLC, where she managed HR functions and safety protocols for eight years.
Beyond her professional roles, Hill has contributed to her community as a Board Member at the Tippah County Development Foundation for over 14 years, demonstrating her commitment to fostering regional development.
