Georgia, United States, March 2025 – Brenda Christian has joined ICAT Logistics as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where she will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development for the company. In this role, she will focus on enhancing employee engagement, driving HR transformation, and aligning people strategies with business objectives to support ICAT Logistics’ continued growth and operational success.
Christian brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, having worked across logistics, staffing, healthcare, and global workforce solutions. Prior to joining ICAT Logistics, she held key leadership roles at S.i. Systems, HealthPRO Heritage, and Randstad, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategies, workforce transformations, and global talent initiatives. As SVP of HR for North America at Randstad, she played a crucial role in managing HR operations for thousands of employees, spearheading succession planning, and optimizing workforce efficiencies for a $2.5 billion global staffing and workforce solutions organization.
Christian also served as VP of HR at First Data Corporation, where she led HR strategies for 20,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada during business expansions, closures, and restructuring efforts. Her career also includes senior HR roles at Georgia Institute of Technology and Aramark, where she specialized in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR technology implementations.
She holds an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University and a BBA in International Business from Mercer University. With a proven track record of scaling HR operations, fostering leadership excellence, and implementing strategic workforce solutions, her appointment reinforces ICAT Logistics’ commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric organization.
